Credit Available: This course explores the use of AI tools like ChatGPT in education, focusing on their application in instruction and informal learning. Teachers will learn to use generative AI for individualized feedback, student support, and streamlining routine tasks such as creating innovative activities. The course emphasizes practical, ethical, and pedagogical considerations, ensuring participants gain confidence in classroom AI integration. Key topics include adapting lesson plans, designing class activities, authoring assessments, and enhancing localization and accessibility. Participants will discover how AI can improve student interaction, generate feedback efficiently, and adjust assessments to align with AI use while ensuring learning goals are met. By the end of the course, teachers will feel confident their students are not only achieving but exceeding traditional learning outcomes through the effective use of AI. 45 CEU hours or (optional 3 Graduate Credits for additional $165 paid after course begins to ASU)
